Refund and Cancellation Policy for Subscription Boxes
At Benny's Books, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our subscription boxes. While we are confident in the quality of our products, we understand that circumstances may arise where you would want to cancel your subscription. Here's how our cancellation policy for subscription boxes work:
1. First Box Guarantee: We offer a 7-day window for customers to evaluate their first box. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your initial experience, you may request a cancellation within this timeframe. To initiate a cancellation, please notify us by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your first box.
2. Return Procedure: In order to qualify for a refund, the books included in the first box must be returned unused and in the same condition as when they were received. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged for return.
3. Flexible Subscription Plans: Benny's Books offers a range of subscription plans for you to choose from, including 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Please note that refunds or returns are only applicable to the first box of your subscription. Subsequent boxes are non-refundable due to the discounted prices offered for longer commitments.
4. Exclusions: Once the initial 7-day window has passed, refunds and returns are no longer available. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and trust that our money-back guarantee on your first box satisfies your experience and provides a glimpse of the exceptional quality you can expect for all following boxes.
Refund Policy for Individual Books
We have a 7-day return policy for all books purchased, which means you have 7 days after receiving your books to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for individual books purchased, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to us (location shared upon email). We only offer pickups for return if the item you received is faultily or damaged. We inspect every book that leaves our warehouse to ensure you receive items in good condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
